The second day of #gopherConEU stars with the Go team panel. Let’s #go 🤓
Not trying to shill, but I actually learned a thing or two from this. #Go #GopherCon #GopherConEU
Because one talk over a weekend apparently wasn’t enough bad life choices: Also on Sunday, 12:30–13:10 in H.1301 (Software Performance devroom) I’ll be speaking with Augusto de Oliveira: “How to Measure Software Performance Reliably”
I’m heading to FOSDEM 2026 🧪 On Sunday, 13:30–14:00 in UB5.132 (Go devroom) I’ll be co-presenting with Hannah Kim: “How to Instrument Go Without Changing a Single Line of Code” Basically: all the ways to get observability without touching your beloved git blame.
Friday night. Some people party. Some people drink. Me? Installing yet another Linux distro for “fun.” Let’s see what the #Omarchy bandwagon is all about 🚀🐧
Second-to-last slot at #GopherConUK25. ADHD ensured I prepped at the *optimal* time: right before going on stage. Didn’t enjoy the conference much — probably just tired. Glad I did it though. The talk… might’ve actually been good.
Finally did it—after a decade, Go officially overtook Ruby as my actively* most-coded language! 🥳 Took a long journey from my caffeinated Ruby-monkey days to becoming a dedicated gopher. Progress! *hands-on the keyboard!
Just got my @jetkvm.bsky.social from a Kickstarter campaign! Time to tinker.
Yet another talk about #eBPF and @opentelemetry.io auto-instrumentation on #FOSDEM by @fstab.bsky.social and Rafael Roquetto It’s crazy to everyone heading to this direction these days!
Great talk on cost of @opentelemetry.io auto-instrumentation at #FOSDEM
Switching from Arch to @cachyos.org: because even Arch users deserve a turbo boost!
Not bad for barely coding the past five months! https://git-wrapped.com/profiles/kakkoyun
The hardware is done and the cluster is more compact than ever. 🛠️ Now it’s time to shift gears and focus on the software. Let’s make this monster roar! 🧪✨ #HomeLab #DIYCluster
