Sadly there is not one of the parties that both knows who are women and upholds their rights.
Misogyny and sexism are deeply embedded among many men who consider themselves "left wing", "progressive", "social justice warriors". It becomes blatantly clear when you analyse the words they use to "call out" women who disagree with them.
In the light of recent comments by Ms Campbell this seems relevant

Misogynists to left, sexists to right and vice versa. Left and right are male focussed, male dominated men's rights movements. Get involved in the women's liberation movement. Focus on women.

As long as my needs as a female are not catered for then I will not be an equal. I need public services, working practices, laws, design etc which have women's needs as an equal priority, not ignored or an afterthought. You may find this book useful.
