I make this recipe, from Leah Koenig's big Phaidon compendium, The Jewish Cookbook. The chestnuts are so good! I reduce the cinnamon/dried fruit & add all the chestnuts from a precooked bag (150g?). Unclear if there's any actual brisket left? But come pile some briskety leeks on matzoh!
