I have been spending a lot of time in there the last few days (non-working days obvs - am back to the air-conditioned office tomorrow).
I really enjoyed the walking marathon we did. We trained *hard* for it. This graph shows how we ramped up our distance from the Sept (the event was at end of Jan). I wonder what training this lady did? She can't have been covering much distance with it at that pace. Not enough hours in the day!

It seems to have turned into Instagram quite recently, where my home page is just full of "influencers" I don't follow. I have discovered the Feeds tab, and there I can select Friends, Groups or Favourites. It's made it somewhat bearable.
For a microsecond I thought that was Scott and Charlene. (Photo for the benefit of anyone that doesn't know wtf I'm talking about.)
