If you need another reason to advocate for safer cycling in #yeg - gas at 172.9/l in my ‘hood this morning! My 12 km trip to the Millwoods town centre by bike, mostly on shared use pathways.
It’s a beautiful day with no rain in the forecast. So instead of knitting I did this! Silly me… but it needed to be done!
33km today on this beautiful day! And almost entirely on car free paved trails!!! #yegbike The trail from Rundle to Hermitage is currently closed so had to do a little detour via Victoria Trail
New dedicated bike lane in SE yeg. It runs on Aster Way between Aster Drive and 12 st NW . It’s short, but it’s a great start! #yegbike

Ah… #showmeyourknits stripes! I Have learned the hard way not to make baby sweaters with stripes! This was so much work to pick the skein into tiny balls so I could make sure it matched. Things grandmothers do….
