Sorry I haven’t been on here as much lately, been feeling overwhelmed by the to do list. But tonight: I’m watching Bob. Some episodes, you can just tell he’s way more inspired. This is one of those episodes, his technique here with the palette knife is just artsy as fuck here and it’s great.
Mexican rice with baked haddock and local beet greens. On the haddock: salt, lemon pepper, paprika, cumin, fenugreek, and it’s really tasty. The oasis of dinner.

I’m dog sitting for some really cute babies, this week 🐶 I think this one is a border collie/Boston terrier mix. Still at a baby stage and eating everything. That Christmas cactus didn’t stand a chance.

Obsessed with this orange coleus I found at a local greenhouse.
Today on my home and garden channel: I made chicken soup and it’s really good. The weird yellow stuff on top is nutritional yeast. Chicken and rice, green onions, bok choy, salt and pepper, basil, thyme, rosemary. Roasted the lovely bird first.
A visiting friend made sweet potato waffles for burger buns and this is an 11/10 experience 🎯

…made myself some pan-cooked tilapia with cumin, smoked paprika, tumeric, salt, black pepper, and lemon, with gf fettuccini and asparagus and I am not disappointed. My spirit team really helped me re-learn how to enjoy cooking and I’m so thankful.
Sometimes dogs just look SO TIRED. This girl was so tired haha. My bf poked at her a little and she just went right back into the dream void.
I helped plant A LOT of broccoli today, I don’t even know how many plants it was. Farm day.
