This was taken from a vista point by the highway so you can see the highway. Past the road is dry ground with some green trees. In the distance is an unknown mountain. Behind that is a tall, snow covered mountain- mount Shasta.

Multnomah Falls in Oregon #WaterfallWednesday

Waterfall starts at the top, goes down the mountain and falls to a basin by the bridge. The water continues down to another basin.
It is a moist area so there is much greenery.

#ColorADay #RedWed We visited small town Illinois USA last week. Friday was FFA (Future Farmers of America) day at the public library there. There were activities and a bunch of tractors.

This is a side view of a basic red tractor with big wheels at the back.

This is the rear view of the same red tractor showing its 4 large black tires.
For some reason I was fascinated by the 4 tires on the back of the tractor. After asking I learned that tractors have had 4 tires on the back for many years.

A metal plate by the street/ sidewalk was removed and work was done below street level. There are currently two 2x4 boards across the opening. There is a square board in the middle bolted to the boards and something below. Yes, outside the frame of the picture are barricades.
