We lost our Zoey less than 3 months ago. She was only 10 years old. It was very sudden . . . and to this day we have no clue what was wrong with her. The vet bill was $4,600 for less than 24 hours . . . and which we had to pay up front.

This cartoon actually was a viral social media post on Weibo & WeChat in China. It reads "不急，自有分寸" (Bù jí, zì yǒu fēncùn), which translates roughly to "No rush, I know the exact measure/limits," symbolizing patience and calculated control of the buffoon.

My wife created this for both our dear Shih Tzus we lost last year and this past Wednesday. The cream colored one was Caramel, who was bonded to my wife. She had cancer. The black-n-white is Zoey, and she left quite suddenly from an unknown cause. She did a great job here.

We lost our furbaby Zoey last night, quite suddenly. She awoke sick yesterday morning and by mid-afternoon she was crying out with pain. The vet hospital called us very late and said she had taken a turn for the worse and we had to make that horrible decision. She is already sorely missed.
