Ended up just drawing a bit because I need to make myself do that more and didn't want to clean up carving mess before bed. But I made some fun little guys! Shoutout to @poorlycatdraw.bsky.social for the spooky how to videos - they are a fun way to get myself to put pencil to paper.
The number one thing I want in my personal life is for this cat to let me pet him, someday he will let me and I will cry many tears of joy.
At my old apartment there was a bit of floor to the right of the kitchen sink that from the corner of my eye I would occasionally think was a cat staring at me. Now in my new place I do have a cat that watches me in the kitchen (because I should be play/cuddling her).
It's a hard job but somebody has to be the most comfortable in this house.
I have made them. They are very good. I think they will be a lot better next time when I have the correct amounts of the sugars, didn't have enough brown sugar so I think they are a little off from the intended texture/flavor. I did chocolate chips and reese's pieces in them.
A poor kitty who was unfairly yelled at, she has never done anything wrong. Ever. (she ran into the kitchen as I was opening the oven & it looked like she was about to jump so I loudly said "Juno No.")
Changed the sheets before bed & instead of the cat that plays in the sheets I got the other one napping on the blanket I want to put back on the bed.
Anyway, here is my not people cat who loves Mexican food so much he has jumped onto the table right next to me. He is also apparently not picky about the type of Mexican food, here he is yearning for some frozen burrito with tostitos queso.
I have finally done it right and brought hot laundry in for her.
Last time I used the hairdryer Juno did not sit with me but this time she was very intent on making sure it didn't eat me. She even took a swipe at the t-shirt on the floor I use as a hair towel, my phone when I took a picture, & my foot (I was sitting on the floor).
Sometimes your sister is a jerk and takes your napping spot next to were the main human plays her video games.
Long cat appreciated whatever was going on outside yesterday.
I did not get to see Tomatillo when I was there a few weeks ago. But I did get to see this sleepy buddy at a different nursery in south Minneapolis.
Juno is not quite as professional as the other two, she's a little too clingy to really commit to hard snoozin' on her own, so here she is yawning.
I think we could use another round of very comfy pets, so here is Jasper - my other professional comfy cat.

My poor Juno kitty is upset that I won't hold and brush her at the same time (I have to be standing when holding her, she wants to be half over my shoulder so anything not picked up by the brush right into my face).
So glad I have this sweet baby making sure my hair dryer doesn't eat me, she's very nervous about it but being very brave to protect me.
