Got a bunch of cool stickers for my Kindle but my wife got me a leather case and I'm hesitating to put stickers on it. So.. plan 2.

She doesn't normally do this, so I think she wants me to not move.

And done.

Best wife ever.

Decided to turn some of that weird energy into something useful. Tempted to add cream cheese an hour before I serve.

I do regularly make my wife aware of things to prevent boredom. Sometimes fire, sometimes knives, sometimes yarn.

Gift from my wife.. fire.

Sounds like the plan is to get somebody a Scoopie Meal to celebrate.

Seems to work OK, but I didn't remember the font being that annoying.

No ENT font, but I can improvise around that.

Set the alarm for work at 7 but as it turns out I don't have to be there until 8. So I have a little extra time with the houseguest, who wishes I had a pound of chicken to share with her.

One nice thing about crockpot liners is you can transfer from a smaller crockpot to a larger one.

Played my new MTG deck, got beaten until I learned. Bought a Battletech Beginner box.. now all I need is ilClan, I think.. maybe the recognition guides. My wife got me a pocket dice set, too. Nerd-O-Rama today.. a welcome respite.

Today's haul from Level Up Games and Rivertown Games. Level Up has a coffee shop section now and they remodeled a bit. Rivertown is unchanged but still has awesome bags and stickers non-gamers would enjoy. There was a protest in Red Wing, too.

Think I've got that cartoon squirreled away somewhere..

Had a Crockpot idea in my head overnight and my wife asks me to set up that same idea.

L'audace, toujours l'audace! Vent if you need to.. that sounds like a lot to carry. My wife got me upstairs slippers so my feet don't get too cold while she has hot flashes.

True, and then you have scraping and that moment where none of the stickers you remember are on your tablet anymore. Found a spot for one of them, at least.

Neat! My problem is I get stickers and I want to put them somewhere enduring. My wife got these for me and I'm still figuring out where I want to put them.

That's a darn good tip. Besides, places like The Floating Vagabond or Callahan's Crosstime Saloon are staples for a reason. But it doesn't have to be limited to bar maps, either.

Even when she's far away my wife has an eye out for things I might enjoy.
