Our cat, Dobby The House Cat, certainly knows how to relax!
This is Martha. She became an escape artist this morning. The side gate got left open accidentally & she decided to take a neighbourhood stroll in the winter sun! When we discovered her disappearance we ran out front & started calling her. And there she was at the end of the street
Beautiful Bonnie! And here’s my babies! Martha the Schnauzer & Dobby the House Cat! They chase each other around the house & generally keep us amused. Animals are far superior to us humans. They love unconditionally.
My babies don’t quite do what yours do. But they hang out together & play together in a weird chasing game! They’re Frenemies!
Beautiful! Here is my girl Martha. She’s 7. Not quite a senior but middle aged. She hasn’t been well & on meds for a gall bladder problem. She’s had a lot of issues so I’m scared she’s not going to make it till a ripe out age. But she’s still happy & enjoying life. Loves her walks. & her treats!
Serious storm heading our way! Did I mention how scared I am of lightning? Well lots of lightning in this one already.
Happy Caturday! Dobby the House Cst is not happy. There’s thunder outside but he’s determined not to leave his favourite spot on the Cat tree!! Usually he heads for the nearest bed to crawl under during thunder storm. The dog is hiding.

Dobby the House Cat chilling out cat napping in this boiling hot summer day. He’s tired. He helped my daughter & I go through wardrobes & linen closet! So hard sorting out stuff!
Sunday morning walk down by the lake. I love it when I see the Black Swans. So beautiful & graceful.
Here’s a picture of my dog. Martha! And her friend & enemy, Dobby our cat ! One minute they’re Besties the next it’s WW3! It’s like having 2 little kids & we have to break up fights all the time! Oh, & I hate Trump too!
Don’t know if we’ll get any rain though. Just lately these storms look threatening but we mostly get lightning & a tiny bit of rain. The lightning is the problem in this heat. We’re just a lightning strike away from a major fire. Everything is so dry now after a wet winter.
Beautiful morning on Lake Budgewoi this morning. Black swans around. It’s moulting time. And the sun shining through the trees makes my soul sing. Nature makes me content. I can forget the mad world for awhile. Love my walks every morning with my Doggo!
It sounds like the beginning of a Hollywood movie! But it isn’t. Can’t wait to see RFKs CDC handle any potential issues!

Black Swans on the lake this morning. Just took dog for a walk. I love it when I see the swans. Going to be 27c today. 27!! In September!! What’s summer going to be like? I can’t deal with heat anymore.
Hi Birdie. Not sure what your chronic illness is but I have Fibromyalgia. I think these invisible illnesses are so damn hard. People just don’t understand what we go through. I live with pain everyday. It’s just the level of it that varies. Hope u have more good days than bad!

Life sucks sometimes. I lost my brother last Tuesday. I’m not doing well. But I had an early morning walk by the Lake & stopped to admire the Pelicans on the calm water. It was a beautiful perfect Autumn morning. It soothes my soul. So I’m sharing the image with you! Just breathe.
