I cut up a tshirt to make a patch for the jacket that I dyed "muddy" yesterday. I think it turned out well.
When a tornado warning wakes you from your work nap you go outside to check out the area of rotation forming above your parking lot. This is Texas.
I spent my day playing with a white denim jacket. Tried dying it a soft neutral and successfully matched my face. Looked weird. Then tried ombreing it which resulted in many skin tones. Still weird. Changed course, dyed the top indigo and fingerpainted the bottom a bit ala jacket dipped in mud
Subtle, guys. Also, maybe one day I'll tell the story about how Jim Davis made a 5th grade classmate cry.
If anyone out there is looking for a super comfy insole without the crazy high arch support, these are pretty nice. My feet aren't exactly foot shaped anymore and added insoles are absolutely necessary to walk. The arch support in most don't match up with what's left of my arch. These are nice
This guy right here. Came in through the opened sliding glass door with a gaping infected neck wound six years ago.
I cut out the design from an old Miller High Life tshirt and turned it into an iron on patch for my jacket.
I dyed my grandmother's curtains. They were a very dingy white that blended in with the wall color. They daffodils are polyester so the dye didn't stick there making for a dramatic effect. I feel like I'm going to get in trouble, lol.
I was bored so I stenciled some cats (4) on my pants. Because cats are awesome. I also added cuffs with decorative antiqueish buttons that were my grandmother's.
In case anyone was curious, embroidery needles were 57 cents back in 1985. Shockingly pristine condition for 41 years old.
Found in the type of convenience store that sells shoelaces and copper scouring pads. The cucumber one does taste like cucumbers. So, if you love cucumbers...you should probably just buy some cucumbers. These were weird.
Here's the shirt. Honestly, I should've recognized the name, but I didn't really look either. I was focused on whether it was going to be too big. It's sized XL. I enjoy the 1920s art deco 70s revival design on the 90s boxy cut.
Step 7. Mix the proper color, but then discover that roaches are attracted to the chair. Place in backyard for three days and marvel at nature. Then drag to curb.
Before and after of found crap that I turned into a accent table.
Somebody actually put this out on the curb. From 1977. In amazing condition.
