Fully realized my idea for an open face fried egg sandwich with cheddar cheese for breakfast today. I think it turned out rather deliciously.

Breakfast today consists of a pastrami and pepper jack open face sandwich on the heels of whole wheat bread with some fried eggs. Not pictured is the glass of milk with which I'm gonna be washing it all down.

I got up early to make myself breakfast. It was originally just an open face ham and cheddar sandwich in the toaster oven before I decided to add a fried egg to both halves for extra goodness. All in all, it was a delicious and satisfying meal.

I listened to this Big Finish audio last night. It feels like a delightful Who-styled spin on "The Lion in Winter", which has been one of my fave movies since I saw it in high school drama class!
