So, this happened last night we were delighted to receive two #mnfringe Golden Lanyard Awards!! For being the top selling production at our venue, and one of three Audience Pick awards. Thank you to all the audience members who chose to let us share the show with you!
The Pioneer Prese says our #mnfringe show is worth considering! Come see for yourself: https://minnesotafringe.org/shows/2026/a-real-piece-of-work
We are thrilled the audience loved our first performance so much. Check out the glowing reviews on our #mnfringe page and make a plan to see the show and join the chorus. (And get a button!) minnesotafringe.org/shows/2026/a...
Our backyard suddenly became a hangout for a family of wild turkeys. Eleven in this photo and at least one or two more off camera.
When you say something like this, and then do a complete 180 and spend the next 10 years fawning over the bastard, you'll be remembered as a bastard too.
The good thing about the end of one exciting chapter is the beginning of the next one. Very proud papa here.
Honored to have my name appear in a theater program againg with my daughter. For her final high school production, along with several other costumes, she designed and built Cinderella's transformation dress...from servant clothes to a ball gown in the blink of an eye in full view of the audience.
Chatting with Vanessa Redgrave after her performance as Joan Didion in The Year of Magical Thinking on Broadway. She was engaging, warm, and unreserved.
I'm ashamed to admit it's taken me so long to get around to reading this. Decades, actually. Big mistake on my part. It's one of the best books I've ever read.
We wanted to avoid the massive crowd downtown, so we went up to the #nokings rally in White Bear Lake instead. Great turnout. Great energy.
Back in August of 2024 I did the Moon puzzle and it took me several months. The Earth was done this January. And I finished the Sun today and it took me two weeks. Definitely the hardest 1000 piece puzzles I've done.
Watched it exactly one week after after we saw the national touring production of Les Mis! They were both fantastic!
I just finished @gregghurwitzbooks.bsky.social's 'Antihero'. The Orphan X novels just keep getting better and reveal more and more of the deeply repressed humanity underneath Evan Smoak's lethal tactical skills. I finished this one in less than a day and already can't wait for the next one.
I have somehow contributed to the making of an adult. 18 years ago, on February 8th, 2008 at 2:10 p.m., we became parents and hoped for, but could not have predicted, the elegant, smart, dedicated, and creative woman Kate has become. Happy Being Born Day, indeed.
Just finished this puzzle. "If you look at Earth from space you see a dot, that's here. That's home. That's us. It underscores the responsibility to deal more kindly and compassionately with one another and to preserve and cherish that pale blue dot, the only home we've ever known." - Carl Sagan

I don’t do Spotify and my Apple Music recap is pretty one note, but this is a good reflection of my podcast listening in @pocketcasts.com.
I thought I was done with bike rides until Spring, but 67 degrees on November 14th in Minnesota proved me wrong.
