Turn table time! I was a dumb dumb yesterday and used low res textures. This has now been fixed. Also updated the lighting and various other things that make a full roundabout possible

An art! Is it unfinished? Possibly. Will I ever draw the rest? Unlikely. With my 2D setup working properly again, I felt the urge to create, and here's the result. It felt good~

What flavor is your 'sona?

Some silly maths for you. Lazy rounding, too. In this render, Khael is 70m tall. In 144 frames, he covers a distance of 182m. The scene is set to 24fps. That makes 144 frames convert into 6s. So he walks 182m / 6s = 30m/s. I.e. a walking speed of 109km/h (68mph). No chance of outrunning him!

Here, have some combined experimental footage. Been working on making a walk cycle for easy reuse for future projects. There's plenty of work to make the animation more believable. Where's he heading off to you think? Someone should tell him he's about to walk off the edge of the scene, though!
