75 by women: 64 by men. 91 in translation. From 139 different authors/collaborations, from 58 different countries (with multiple from 30 of those). Which means I kept my resolution not to read 343 new books.

In the ruling itself, the first reference is in paras 1000 (p233) onwards, particularly para 1028 on p 238. Para 1034 is quite damning

Some paragraphs of the judgment in the Sandy Peggie case, noting some ways Sandy Peggie (the respondant), was very clealry harassing in an impermissable way, on the grounds of gender critical beliefs.

1034. We also considered that the claimant had acted deliberately to be able to
challenge the second respondent whilst they were alone. What she did
was to wait until other members of staff had left the changing room, and
for the second respondent to leave the cubicle, before raising her own
beliefs directly with the second respondent in the manner we have set out.
1035. Whilst the claimant had not been informed as promptly and in the detail
we considered appropriate, and the first respondent did not consider
whether to revoke permission at all, the claimant did not herself raise any
formal grievance under the policy. She is an experienced member of staff
who had access to union advice. She knew, or ought reasonably to have
known, that the first respondent having granted permission to the second
respondent she required to have raised her concerns with the first
respondent as the decision-maker rather than with the colleague to whom
it had been granted, and in any event ought not to have done so in the
manner that she did.

RE: rewriting history, I can't help remembering Cherry decided to QT messages of support from colleagues when she was threatened, blaming them, and calling down abuse on them while preteninding not to. Then spent a lot of time complaining that no one in the party had offered support at that time.

How fun to read as someone who lost a friend saying "I know you need support and I know you're unable to acccess it" not that long ago and ... yeah.

I ended up getting super flexible frames for this reason. And still had a point last year where I was wearing this. Which may be linked to losing them outside for a few days. Also, the amount of times I've found them in the fridge or, after prolonged searching, on my face is absurd

Man, NHS mental healthcare/ADHD management is terrible Just got this in something explaining that there's no NHS service available to adjust and review my ADHD medication, I was put on by the NHS ten years ago (after getting an NHS diagnosis.) Any advice on best way to abstain from a healthy diet?

"We would recommend some specific approaches to be considered, which would benefit individuals who struggle to focus or organise themselves. They may benefit from self-help strategies such as adopting a healthy lifestyle which would include good sleep hygiene, regular exercise, avoiding excess use of alcohol or caffeine, abstaining from illicit drugs and a healthy diet."
