I am not a cat. 50% French. 100% awesome. Go Hawkeyes! Go Storm! I like cats. Pediatric ED RN. PNW. Former future marine biologist. Legal: my opinions are not those of my employer (though maybe they should be).🇫🇷🇺🇸🖖🏻
It was a heartbreaking Storm loss but you guys… they have a new graphic for a Storm 3 pointer 🥹 I’m going to need the inevitable official Jimothy x Storm tee shirt that benefits some raccoon rescue/rehab.
Idé cost me 1000$ at the vet ED as he puked up a tiny bit of frank blood. All the tests and a day of obs and the vet was like 🤷♀️ and recommended a few days of bland diet. After getting home I remembered having to get his face out of a green Thai curry I left unattended for 5 minutes the night before.
This is a pose I like to call “dead cat” that Aiden loves. And he sleeps VERY profoundly (and now may be going deaf in his older age) so there have been a lot of times I get home and have to go check his breathing because shouting “AIDEN” garners no response.
I didn’t want to give his website traffic but I couldn’t help myself and damn man has more than 90+ personal websites? That’s it, he has my vote!
I feel like Moss here watching this Argentina-Spain match after England-France yesterday:
The public restrooms are clearly ruining the district’s historic architectural character which is so well encapsulated by the building the complaint holders own. Clearly the use and enjoyment of said property will be negatively impacted by the atrocious restrooms.
Aiden is a real life stuffed animal. And makes it super hard to want to get ready for work.
When Aiden purrs during his fluticasone treatment for his asthma, the little flap that indicates a breath goes “flapaflapaflapa” and it makes me so happy
I will now celebrate France moving on and attempt to get my heart rate down to normal before work with a lentil, red pepper and arugula salad with baguette and brebis camembert.
One day next week is slated to be 79° though so might have to turn a fan on. Don’t move to Seattle, it’s miserable.
Ugh, why can’t we have nice things? That looks so nice… Broad St is such an eye sore the way it is. Also, I dig this dude:
Built a little Lego project while watching the France-Norway match. Allez les bleus! 🇫🇷⚽️🇫🇷
Just landed in Seattle and our plane has been absolutely mobbed by what seems to be a type of beetle, perhaps a potato bug? Pretty sure a few were having an orgy outside my window…
We were seated for dinner at the Thai restaurant at 10pm and like 4 more parties were seated after us, including one while we were finishing. Summer is officially here! It’s now midnight and the sing along portion of the night has apparently started.
June 21st is la fête de la musique in France and it is such a good time. Everyone is out and about. My aunt, uncle, and mom worked up an appetite dancing.
We had an appetizer, three entrees and three desserts and definitely did not leave hungry like Élodie did after only splitting an appetizer. Skill issue.
Went to the new Thai place in town and read the reviews beforehand. I was already going to go but the owner’s response to this 2 star review cemented that decision. He was there and I told him his response was a thing of beauty. Also, everything we had was absolutely delicious. Elodie can suck it.
