Apparently a "major change to UK banknotes" has been confirmed with "British" wildlife to feature on the next series of notes. So I opened my purse and took out this. There's a non royal woman on the other side.

WIP #Knitsky The original pattern is for a blanket with the most ridiculous flower tassels but I'm wondering whether it would work better as a scarf or shawl. It's a scrappy to use up a load of cotton that I don't tend to work with. So scarf, shawl or blanket?

I found something called triple check stitch. Not great for those of us with neurodivergence but no purl side.

So, we used to have an 8ft tall tree which sat nicely in the conservatory but we moved to a smaller house and got something more in keeping... For the knitters, yes that is genuine Sanquhar pattern sock.

Bringing together two of my passions - knitting and baseball. It's taken me a year to knit this scarf. #knit #knitsky meet #MetsSky. For the knitters, it's called triple check stitch (credit to mathgrrl.com), made with three colours and gives the effect of stocking stitch on both sides.

Anyone else think its a short step from the frogs to this crack team of special agents turning up.
