Really though, six-packs of sodas in Thailand are packaged in a plastic wrap, not in a cardboard box. I was cutting the plastic, but I guess the scissors poked into a can and the pressure did the rest.

Instead of a specific DM screen, there is Helm's Deep by Citadel Miniatures, a laptop, and a dual monitor forming a barrier in front of the DM's chair. The screens show various dungeon maps and text. Additionally another map can be seen under a keyboard.

On a chair next to the DM station is the Rules Cyclopedia and a binder with reference sheets.

Various other accessories are visible on the table such as dice, a dice tray, pencils, character sheets, and a turn counter.

There are two passages like this in The Silver Sword module and it really bothers me that they don't even offer a solution beyond scolding the players for not playing the game right. My hex map and extra dungeons should solve this though. Plus I've got the layouts for generic lairs from X1.
