Just 3 business donors have raised $125k to cut bus service for Spokane’s seniors, youth, & working families. Compare that to the $60k the Yes for Buses campaign has raised. Spokane needs your help
The board is all in! The Pierce Transit board unanimously approved sending a transit funding measure to voters this November! Huge thanks to @ryanmellotacoma.bsky.social & the whole PT board for moving this forward!
Let’s go!! Let’s get better buses on the ballot this November! Proud to rally with @nondriver.bsky.social, @downtownonthego.bsky.social & @piercelabor.bsky.social
Want better bus service in Tacoma & Pierce County? Join us for a rally before the Pierce Transit board meeting this Monday!
Starting an account where I document the artifacts I find in Lime Bike baskets

The Seattle Transit Measure before council isn’t satisfied w/ the bus service we have today. It’s a bold proposal that will deliver the city we want to be. Had a blast rallying for it w/ @mayorofseattle.bsky.social @fixthel8.bsky.social @saveballardrail.bsky.social @seattletru.bsky.social & ATU 587
I’m calling it. It’s time to open these streets up to people more often
The past 8 months showed this region wants light rail more than ever. That was obvious from our townhalls, the marches, & the region wide advocacy we haven’t seen since the vote in 2016. The last thing this region wants is for us to stop building.
Watching light rail cross a floating bridge while biking on a safe, car free street. Be still my heart
Super thankful for the Québec Provincial office in Seattle for making this trip happen. It’s cliche to say, but I’m definitely inspired
Our study trip was also covered by the Le Journal de Québec. Always wanted to be a directeur ➡️ www.journaldequebec.com/2026/05/13/u...
Also was lucky to tour the 2nd largest bikeshare on the continent, Bixi, and their inspiring youth training programs
We had the chance to learn at the REM & TramCité projects, but what blew me away was the unique funding & delivery model of their pension system CDPQ Infra. It invests part of its $500b holdings into building transit infrastructure. It like if PERS in WA funded Sound Transit.
Besides language, Québec & Washington State have a ton in common. Both have ~8 million people, huge hydropower industries, growing populations, & expanding transit networks
REM Transit Geek Pilgrimage ✅ Last week, @transpochoices.bsky.social staff & board were invited by the Province of Québec along with Sound Transit & Metro for a transit study tour of Montreal & Québec City.
Shout out to Chase & the @amtrakcascades.wsdot.wa.gov team for getting these new Airo trains to the PNW! Can’t wait to ride!
✨🌾Wheat Line launch day!🌾✨ Washingtonians finally have a way to get between Tri-Cities, Moses Lake & Spokane without a car. Thanks to everyone who wrote their legislators & won funding for this new line in the 2025 session!
This is huge for Everett transit riders. Consolidation makes the best use of both systems, meaning more bus routes, more often, to more places
👀 even the Seattle Parks & Rec signs are bougie at Elliot Bay Connections
A sea of pink shirts at @cmtmosqueda.bsky.social’s light rail forum calling to build West Seattle Link! Including @mayorofseattle.bsky.social! Let’s Build the Damn Trains
First afternoon commute on the 2 Line & the trains are packed!
