As a strong supporter of 4 units on a property as a right, I was surprised to learn from my neighbours that could mean a 4-plex being built next door where people on a balcony could practically be sitting on the patio next door. And apparently there's nothing in place to prevent this problem.

Reusing cookie tins is a much better than choice than recycling then as requested by Circular Materials. We need to stop managing waste and reduce it. We're headed in the wrong direction when an organization established by producers doesn't understand that.
