@vesta93.bsky.social seasoned my carbon steel wok on the grill. I went induction & not pretty. He saved me.
Dinner. Gemelli with homemade sauce, pork meatballs, parmesan, & hydroponic basil. Not pictured Jersey tomatoes with fresh mozzarella & balsamic glaze. My daughter & I were too busy snacking to take pics.
I just get tired of the NJ hate. Just look at this view & good pizza, bagels, basically any food you'd wish for. Farmers Markets with the best tomatoes/corn, etc. Democratic Governor, 2 senators. Best schools.
So Sunday ribs. Sous vide & finished on the grill. Homemade BBQ sauce with the pork liquid from the bags. Homemade mac & cheese. Watermelon salad with lime juice, mint & feta. Grilled corn. @vesta93.bsky.social plate. Mine would not have butter & s&p on the corn. Butter did melt after the pic.
Never a trap (until it is a trap). 99.9% not a trap until... My male cat got angry i was too tired to continue petting & tried to force my arm. Guy is massive both in length & girth (needs to lose a pound) 20 lbs right now so 19 would be right & so much muscles still.
Some people here like me. Just please talk to me about anything or pet. I start
I tried to sing a wrong song for this guy. He likes mostly the Cy is a PITA (Ave Maria) or Tom Petty she's a good girl but for he's a good boy.
I will cook anything. My adult daughter likes Asian. I used to cook more towards French. Im bad at plating. Good on flavors

They made it open house. Too early for crazy loud birds. Closed the window. Still too loud to sleep. Too hot now too.
I give up. The neighbors are partying again since ~12am. I stopped recording bc I'm hot & need the box fan on. There has been more kinds of birds but the background noise makes ID hard- the white noise isn't drowning them out. At all.
Breakfast for an early dinner. French omlette with salted heirloom tomatoes sprinkled with Aleppo pepper. A little too much curd bc the installers didn't level my induction stove so pan is never even. Ugh. I can do better than this usually even with that just not today
Sorry I know you guys are having a party but it is 1:30 am. Going to have to call the boys in blue on you. My blue jays are aggressive & scare everyone away.
