Well spotted, I think I got this wrong. Looking at it again today, it is looking distinctly left-leaning... Damn!
Great to welcome former PhD student, now Assistant Professor @krishaurum.bsky.social of the DTU back to the Department of Pathology. Excellent presentation on TIL TCRs, peptide-MHC complexes and his recent paper on AI-designed pMHC binders (artificial TCRs).
Our latest paper reveals an intriguing and essential role for the class III #PI3K VPS34 in Treg homeostasis and function. Selective deletion of VPS34 in Treg led to a scurfy-like phenotype, suggesting an essential role for VPS34 in Treg-suppression. doi.org/10.3389/fimm... #immunosky
Congratulations to Julius Baeck who successfully passed his PhD viva last week! Many thanks to Claudia Mauri and Daniel Hodson who examined his thesis and engaged in a stimulating discussion!
