A Eurasian Bittern looking at the camera. Because its eyes are on the side of its head and pointing down, it has to point its beak straight up to do so. Combined with its long neck, this creates a very pointy front view.

Sounds like a constellation launch to me, Starlink launches typically appear very similar (not my picture) before the satellites have a chance to spread out across their orbits. Unlikely to be Starlink due to the launch schedule but several other companies/countries are working on similar projects.
