I had so much fun drawing Professor Caleb and the tiny Esseks last month that I thought I'd keep going with them a bit. At this point, I think Professor Caleb has accepted that they're just part of his daily life now. Unfortunately, they have very different ideas about his workday.

For their cat, this is just another ordinary day.

That’s right, they’re tiny wizards, so even resting on a bench can be dangerous. If they let their guard down, someone might accidentally sit on them. 😄

I started this sketch back in January, and after a lot of trial and error, it’s finally finished. It is Armor Essek… though the pose doesn’t really show it as clearly as I’d like, haha. #criticalrolefanart

A little extra from that “what if they met as children” AU. They were both so focused on the book they didn’t notice how close they were getting- …until bonk. …and suddenly reading is no longer the main problem.

I still think about that sometimes. Just a little exploration of that possibility.

2022 → 2026 If I could tell my 2022 self anything: you’re going to end up with a hot professor Caleb and a long-haired Essek, and you’ll only get more and more obsessed with them. Animated first campaign, live shows, corrupted Caleb— you won’t be able to stop drawing.
