Here’s the find of the day! I tumbled a batch of rocks from the Sacramento River and found a 1g gold nugget squished to the inside of barrel 🤯

First batch of green glass cullet finished. So cool to be able to take literal garbage and in three days have a useable commodity. Best part is aside from time on the tumbler, the only thing I can’t produce or find myself is the grit, and I can do multiple batches on a single use of grit. ♻️❤️‍🔥

Agate that has been tumbling about three weeks now. Two weeks on course grit and a week on medium. I’m going to run it on medium for another week at least to get more of the surface cracks out.

Got the chance to go jade hunting on private property by invitation. Holy cow! These are the largest stones (and most stone overall) I have ever found in a single hunt!! 😎💎😎💎😎💎😎

Serpentine pre-polish. Much softer than the metamorphic rocks I usually work with. They have been tumbling less than a full week and I’m ready to polish.

Tumbler Molly and tumbler BET-C at your service ⚒️💎 When I changed grit I unboxed the new tumbler and got BET-C churning some hard nephrite on course grit. Molly, my original tumbler is working on some nephrite on medium and some soft serpentine on course grit. Will be fun to check latter 👀
