Recently took a brief trip down to New York (my first trip to the states since 2024…!) and had the pleasure of finding some very cool new corners of the city I’d never been to before, as well as enjoying some incredible pizza and donuts

Had a nice dinner yesterday where I prepared some bomb-ass charcuterie plates and many a pizza pie; the latter-most pie was a white pizza with chicken, spinach and mushrooms 🍄
