I would like to see this kind of statement for librarian involvement on journal submission forms for evidence synthesis papers #medlibs #EvidenceSynthesis

Statistical Analysis:
For manuscripts that report statistics, the Editor requires that the authors provide evidence of statistical consultation (or at least expertise) by either the inclusion of a statistician/epidemiologist among the authors, or in the acknowledgements; a biostatistician may review such manuscripts during the review process.

Note: During the review process you may be asked to provide proof of statistical consultation.

It's a progressive kind of thing where you have a whole month to finish 5 miles. Having just learned how to swim actual strokes last year, I'm not a strong swimmer. I hurt my shoulder a couple weeks ago so I've been stuck doing all lower body stuff (slow and boring).

What is this new-ish MacOS Spotlight search feature called (circled in red)? It's like a suggested list of items that appeared with Tahoe. It's quite annoying as it takes a minute to load and shifts the options down which makes me click on the wrong thing once it pops up. Can I disable it??

Michigan Medicine's Gifts of Arts program is pretty spectacular! ✨🐉✨ "Dragon of Wishes, Hopes & Dreams" The scales of this dragon were created with the drawn and written wishes, hopes, and dreams of 1,700 faculty, staff, patients, guests, and learners

Dragons represent courage and vitality. The scales of this dragon were created with the drawn and written wishes, hopes, and dreams of 1,700 faculty, staff, patients, guests, and learners. Gifts of Art brought this project together with the help of participants from across the Michigan Medicine community, artist Katy Bergman Cassell, and Associate Professor Anne Mondro of the Penny M. Stamps School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan.

The dragon is now a permanent art piece in the University Hospital on Floor 1 near the Main Lobby, symbolizing strength and new beginnings.
