GF and vegan can be a real challenge if you like bread. This recipe is easy, works well & is V+GF. I usually do it in the air fryer but we’ve had very little Sun so this one was cooked on the wood stove in a clay bread pan-which is why it’s a bit thin. #vegan #baking #cooking #glutenfree enjoy!

This is a foolproof way to do omelettes of a sort. 1 egg lightly whisked 1 rice paper wrapper Whatever filling you want Med heat oiled pan, place wrapper and coat with egg using back of spoon to distribute. Place filling in centre, fold over wrapper. Brown and then flip until brown.Done! #cooking

3/3 it’s manual atm but there’s a vibration motor on the way for it. It’s specifically designed to wheel over a 500mm high section of IBC we use to blend the 50/50 soil compost mix. Needs a little development, but man it’s way quicker even now. #smallfarms #farmlife
2/3 we are building wicking beds from IBCs, that for the upper layer, require 1/2 top soil, 1/2 compost. The pile in the back paddock is where our soil is coming from but it absolutely has to be sieved, which is a tedious time consuming process! But not with a soil spider! #smallfarms #farmlife
1/3 today’s project! A soil spider. When we bought our land it had been covered in undergrowth and bulldozed before listing by the owner. All the debris had been piled up in the back paddock and they accidentally made a hugelkultur bed. It’s now rich soil, but weed infested. #smallfarms #farmlife
