Well, those monstructor shells aren't going to redesign themselves. These new pretender monsters don't fold up well at all except for scowl.

I was surprised most when I noticed this was a raised emblem instead of just tampo'd onto the wing.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with haslab Liokaiser. Most of my issues are minor (not enough stands, the heel spur thing, the shoulder connections). He's a big chunky boy that stays together. There are breast animal partners! He's fun to mess with and looks imposing on a shelf.
Bit of nice engineering on the chest and waist of liokaiser. I particularly like the use of the missiles to lock in the attachment between jallguar and the hips.
But perplexed why they would go to all that trouble to make spots for the weapons in the display stands, then make only 3 despite 4 fliers and not have a stand that can hold the parts used for holding up the combiner.
And just to let you know how big that center piece is, it goes on the back the great zamboni. There was more than enough space to make everything look decent.
I'm sorry, this looks like dogshit. Holes all over the place some through the names, some through the symbols. Especially when there's lots of places for those things to go.
