As the article mentions, this is increasingly common in the US as well. There are several companies that specialize in the rent a-sheep market, and there’s even an organization for them, the American Solar Grazing Association. This amuses me to no end, and is in fact a great win/win situation.

There appears to be a real crime here, unlike the other vindictive prosecutions we’ve seen from this regime. There’s still the glaring hypocrisy of the president turning his bathroom into a makeshift SCIF, then going after this guy. Regardless, I’ll shed no tears for John Bolton.

SUPER-insightful article. One key point: this situation he created is a rarity, in that he can’t simply lie his way out of it, or wait for the media cycle to move on. It is real, it is GLOBAL, and it will be years-long in the fixing (by someone else).
