This was a light, magical thinking sort of book that surprisingly had a profound message about how to look at life in an affirming way.
Oooh this one. Takes me right back to pre-9/11 where these characters are in early adulthood and trying to figure out their life’s direction. Feels like a long time ago, but I remember that exact discomfort. Pre-9/11 wasn’t as halcyon as looking back seems; a precaution about lionizing the past.
