Woww the change in swelling and shape is crazy ~6 weeks later! Still swollen and I can feel the fluid retention on the inner-bottom of the left side (the selfies are reversed so it's the "right" side in the photos) but so much more rounded out overall! 🤩
Soooo, I think the @toppedtoys.com Spike 105 might be my new favorite all-around toy for training depth... due to the shape it's its own warmup and end goal... I'm still shaking 😵💫

One month post-op went swimmingly! Despite my left side still being somewhat painful I was recommended to actually massage through the pain as long as it's tolerable to help relax the overstretched nerves and muscles. Also my neck feels better today! 😇
Not even a full month without constantly wearing my collar and I pull my neck muscles from wearing it for less than 7 hours... it hurts so much 😭😭😭
The bandages are off!!! And I think my skin had a mild reaction to them 😅
New boss is changing our team's WFH day from Wednesday to Monday... I'll miss having a nice hump day when I finally return to work next week. My brain is like treading through molasses still 😵💫
My sternum is too sore to withstand the weight of a pocketwatch and even a fountain pen, so 18k jump ring for the key to my collar!
I can't wear an underwired bra yet but this is a 32F.... meaning.... I might be a 32G!?! 😵💫🫣🤩
