I came across this image online where quote and comments had been turned off. And I have something to say about how Digital Artist is a place holder for AI Artist in this image. The OP context really doesn't matter, they are incorrect and here's why..

Using today to catch up on bunch of politics stuff after spending 6+ hrs yesterday putting together an organization shelf thing Ive been saving for & spending most of today hanging the right photos over it. Sigh. Its 102 degrees outside 82 inside Ive got a fan pointed @me for air flow comfort.

This is one space that has been the clutter magnet for 10+ years! This week, it is now clean! Yay. Old photos, up cycled lamp from passed MIL. I swear the only expensive thing here is the shelf, half the rest of the stuff was given to me for free or I've had for years after purchasing at a dollar store or other thrift option. (Finally getting some good use!) And I say expensive shelf because it was just a north of $120.

Anyhow, once my summer campers return we'll see how they wreck it...

We met in November 2025 at the San Diego Safari Zoo. The Cassowary will close it's eyes when it eats. It's super fast but I was able to catch it here! (Photo of a cassowary on the other side of a fence. Bird's face and neck are free of feathers and fully blue skin! Helmet like rig on head adds to the dinosaur like appearance. Black feathers toward body but fence obscures body.) Little boy is feeding the Cassowary one of her favorite foods! Purple grapes. (Apparently she's not as into the green ones.)

Whippet update! Our girl is back at weight! Went to the vet this week! Whew! New diet has got her back at her prime again. Sadly no more treats for this girl. That's ok, she's a play motivated princess anyhow! When she's not napping! It's hard to get her to stay still enough in photos w/no blur.

Y'all! If you are looking for a fascinating read? Gotta check "The Soul of an Octopus" by Sy Montgomery out. I highly recommend! It's been a beautiful read.

I'm sorry I do not know who the original artist is but it's absolutely a brilliant smartly rendered piece. It's the first thing I thought of as a non-holy yet HOLY picture. From the head tilt to the hand placement. Goddamned artist was completely on the mark!! Would love to see a completed version in complete Renaissance or even Baroque period style. *Chefs kiss* (Hand painted that is... not an AI knock off.)

And THIS is why I'm a Costco girl! (from someone I follow on another social platform.)

Costco absorbed tariff inflation rather than raise prices (and posted record profits, anyway). Costco preemptively sued for tariff refunds once this hit SCOTUS. SCOTUS struck down tariffs and now Costco goes in for the kill. All while still paying their employees fairly and not charging more for hot dogs.

Yes, Virginia, being a not shitty capitalist retailer is possible.

This little feisty hummer has been coming around for years. And I finally found the perfect perch to photo him! This little Costa's Hummingbird loves one of my bushes in my front yard. Unfortunately it's a little harder to get his beautiful purple throat.

It's honestly not fun to be in the middle of the cooler months of Phoenix Arizona and be hitting 80 degrees. Climate change folks. We used to have cooler weather here. And it's insane that I'm actually barely wearing my sweaters this year. It's a struggle every year.

I would honestly give respect to DT if he was willing to use one of these chairs because I know how hard his generation doubles down on "if it ain't broke" & males "hiding their vulnerability." Also, I own one. They are very helpful & practical for someone who doesn't want to fall down stairs.
