“Let me clarify that the entire story script, were it to win an award, would go to someone who can walk up on stage and receive it. It was always our intention to reveal this until Stella violated her confidentiality clause and revealed this before we were ready.

“We look at our use of AI in this particular game, which will be a lower priced title, as a plus for consumers,” he said.

“As far as Stella is concerned, she was replaced by someone more talented and terminated for a variety of reasons a few months later. From what I can gather she enjoys controversy even more than I do. I would frankly in retrospect have been happy to replace her with AI. At least we would be dealing with someone programmed to be honest.”]

I'm so sad that Kōji Wada who did the original Butter-Fly song (JP theme/intro song) & various other Digimon songs past away in 2016 (cancer)... He was amazing, they did a tribute album titled "Digimon Song Best of Koji Wada" which used artwork with Angemon because it was his favorite Digimon...

I very much appreciate the response & I'm sorry for any inconvenience/anxiety I may have created. I double checked a different, yet related incident & read that Cyan games have indeed "maintained a strict anti-gen-Al policy in recent years, and did not use generative Al in the development".

While Cyan provided screenshots to Robyn from our recent remake of Riven to use with the vinyl, the final imagery and design were not under Cyan’s purview, and Cyan does not financially benefit from the sales of the product. Cyan has maintained a strict anti-gen-AI policy in recent years, and did not use generative AI in the development of the Myst and Riven remakes."

Looked up online if I could still get it physical... What I found was what appears to be generative slop guides...

Product page from an Italian bookstore, the product appears to be a physical guide for MIO: Memories in Orbit.

The full title (not on the cover but the product page name) appears to be needlessly long, in french I think (I found multiple products with like the same title in various languages and different covers), and the cover might quite possible be a genera-slop variation of the games cover art.

Pick a selfie from your gallery and turn it black and white. Bart has decided that my hair is one of the most comfortable places of our house to sit upon, wether my hair is on my pillow or on my neck doesn't change that. I couldn't choose just one, both photos felt needed.

Step one.
Bart sits down on my neck where most of my hair was located, some of my hair was on my pillow which explains why his front little paws are placed there.

In this, now black & white, self-taken photo you can see me laid down on my bed (though my head is located on the side of the bed where my feet usually are, I was trying to get a quick rest at the moment) with Bart, the elder cat of the house, sitting on the side of my neck, where most of my hair was, with his front little paws placed on the pillow where some more of my hair was.
Bart is actually looking down on me while preparing to properly get comfortable with his chosen sitting arrangement. And I was weirdly giving him a literal side eye look as I was aware where this was going.

Irrelevant but since it may draw some of your attention, on the top right corner of the photo there's a piece of furniture where you can see my white smart scale that I torture with my weight.

Step 2.
Bart has now laid down completely, on top of my side of neck, head and pillow.

At this point Bart is simply staring in front of him, possibly happy with his choices, while seemingly appears like he's kinda pushing himself towards me in his caring way.
I on the other hand, simply stare towards the camera/my phone having accepted my faith.

Something irrelevant that may still catch your eye in this photo, is my "Lights/Darks" laundry basket on the top left side of the photograph.

It's unacceptable to plagiarize and diminish the importance of people working. It's heartbreaking to see this being done to such a historic IP as #TombRaider .

The release of the game for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One was distributed by Bigben Interactive, which claimed to be the publisher but was only a distribution intermediary.[19) The exact role of Bigben (and Focus Home Interactive
previously) was explained by Frogwares CEO in an interview given to the French media Planète Aventure in February 2020, in which he explained that Frogwares had never worked with publishing companies. Bigben Interactive and Focus Home Interactive were only licensees which do not possess
intellectual properties on the games.[19]
Frogwares was previously working on Call of Cthulhu in collaboration with Focus Home Interactive.[20]

Distributor dispute and delisting

Nacon (formally Bigben Interactive)was licensed to distribute the game until April 20,2020. The contract was terminated by Frogwares, on account of both intellectual property violation and lack of payment.[21]
This resulted in The Sinking City being delisted from Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 digital storefronts on August 25, 2020 pending the resolution of Frogwares' legal dispute with Bigben. The Nintendo Switch version of the
game remained available on the Nintendo eShop, as that version had been self-published by Frogwares.[22] The game was republished onto.. (continues in second screenshot)

Frogwares.[22] The game was republished onto Steam in February 2021 by Nacon. Frogwares quickly denounced this re-release of the game on Twitter claiming that it was not the version they created, accusing Nacon of using a version that was "hacked" from their version of the game to change out certain
assets and mask its origins. Fans of the game began to review bomb the re-release, in support of Frogwares. Nacon asserted that they have financially met the terms of their contract with Frogwares and that the developers were trying to change the terms
of the agreed-upon contract,[23][24]and further that the contract stipulated that Nacon was the sole entity that could release the game on Steam, despite Frogwares' own attempts to release a version of the
game without mention of Nacon. Nacon justified this clause in the contract for releasing the modified version of the game on Steam.[25] Frogwares issued a DMCA takedown notice to have this version on
Steam removed on March 2,2021.[26]

On January 2, 2024, Frogwares announced that they became the sole publisher of the game for all platforms, resolving its legal dispute with Nacon.[27]
