Happy to say we've got presenters lined up from at least 14 states and over 30 different institutions! Always great to see how much the REP field has grown. I remember when the field was composed of a handful of programs.
And it never gets boring to look at them while walking around.

Interesting to see regional variation in the use of DEI statements in faculty hiring. The four corners have similar rates despite a difference in politics between CO/NM vs. AZ/UT. Red leaning states like ID, MO, and IA all have higher rates than I'd expect. davidrozado.substack.com/p/dei-statem...
