Not huge for seasoned runners, but this is a big milestone for me. After a couple of years of some limiting injuries and issues, I’m on a mission to get fit again. Feeling great and proud of this one little victory. 🏃🏻
I’m sure I’d make some different choices on a different day, but this was where I landed today.

My son & I just completed the incredible Evolution Tour 2025 hosted and led by the amazing @scibugs.bsky.social and @statedclearly.bsky.social. We experienced and learned a ton, met some awesome new friends, and got to play a small part in protecting our precious Amazon rainforest. #EvoTour2025 🪲🐜🐛

Mushrooms spotted on the hike up to MacRae Peak on Grandfather Mountain. Made the hike with two of my sons. As close to a perfect day as I’ve had a long time.
Maybe this would finally be something evangelicals would dislike about him. Instead though, they'd all decide they now love Catholicism.
