I was watching the Bejeweled music video again, and why does the tea cup in the beginning that Laura Dern is drinking from look like the one that was in the TLOAS pictures that still hasn’t dropped as merch that haunts me? Different shape, but same color with the gold rim and handle.

And also my headcanon that The Black Dog and Gracie’s Free Now are meant to be sung to each other as two different parts of Taylor (Betty & James/The Poet & The Showgirl/Inner Taylor and The Brand Taylor) and now more to connect Free Now back to Taylor’s work

Now that I’ve checked out and heading home, I CANNOT say enough great things about the hotel I stayed at for this trip. It was SO CUTE!! If you are visiting Kansas City, you have to stay at The Truitt.

Okay, not gonna lie- the ‘supernova’ title not matching up the placement of the other titles is giving me a frown.

Got my june bates book in and my first thoughts, having only just read the dedication and the first poem, is that where the other books were pretty subtle in their connection to the ‘is this her or not,’ this one is LOUD. I don’t know how I feel about that?
