My mom, who spent her life avoiding soaps, watched #GeneralHospital for the first time to see Elizabeth Taylor, who she had a signed photo from. She became hooked on #GH and watched for 32 years, until she passed away in 2013 just shy of her 90th birthday. It was something we could share.
