One of the ways I deal with my anxiety is keeping my Machine of Death prediction in my wallet. If I’m not performing a daring rescue, there is no need to worry. And if I do die, I would want to be performing a daring rescue. @ryannorth.ca

Explain your username. Soon after I joined twitter, a fisherman caught a lavender tinted rock lobster. (Similar to below non-rock lobster). I was quite taken by it & used LavenderLobster but then shortened to LavLobster to save space. Now Lav has become an offline nickname. lol

I just finished the Never Whistle at Night anthology. Lots of good stories but it also made me kind of anxious. I don’t know any of the warnings for the area I live in. Like, I don’t know the behaviors to avoid in the woods here. Why do I only know European fairy lore when I grew up in the US? 😬
