Okay the squish for this is too perfect. It provides a much springier feel than normal pillow-type padding. Here's hoping the other half prints and glues together well

I'm trying out 3d printing replacement fursuit padding using foaming TPU. 5% infill with no perimeters is gonna be *soft*

Mild success? There are a lot of surface defects that can't really be fixed, but for a test of plush 3d prints, I think it's good. I learned more about gluing seams.

Foaming TPU set to maximum foam has the same surface texture as a marshmallow.

New-old lamp installed at my house. Now it's feeling a lot more like the 1980's structure it truly is.

Strap system upgrade; no more weird velcro, instead I'll glue in some elastic strap loops! Foaming TPU is wonderful for this because I can choose to have these tabs be firmer, while still able to easily superglue it together.
