Took the oldest to her first Goose show tonight. She wanted to go in the pit. We did the pit. Goose delivered. She’s hooked.
Goose was great last night. 1st set a little warm (94 degrees) but good crowd and that Bob Don delivered!
I never got to see the Late Show with @stephencolbert.bsky.social in person but seeing Letterman in person (Eddie Vedder as musical guest!) was a life highlight. Ending the show is so sad.
Nothing was funnier for the upper levels than how annoyed the floor eventually got at this huge hot dog that got thrown down. A woman finally marched it up to the rail and handed it to security so they could whisk it away. 🤣
The Sphere was a blast. Incredibly novel experience. I thought I might have fomo missing tonight but I’m all good. Two was enough.
I hate to say this but Sturgill’s new album release has been a disaster. Make it physical release only? That cool. Lots of people I know ordered a vinyl copy over a month ago directly from his website. None of us have the album yet. Mine hasn’t even shipped. Atlantic Records failed him.
This was the result. 🤣 If it can’t get a map of the United States right, why should we trust it with ANYTHING?

I saw a volleyball game there this fall. The had the top desk sectioned off but it’s a nice smaller arena. Similar to Charleston.
I was there for that show! That version of Dear Prudence is my kids favorite!
