Turtles have thrived for over 200 million years but now face their most significant challenges in our modern world. The most typical place to find an injured turtle is either on the road or along the side of a road. Making roads and motor vehicles major contributors to population declines, particularly through the nesting season from mid-May to mid-July. During this time, female turtles leave the safety of the water to lay their eggs on land, making them vulnerable to vehicle strikes. Despite their vulnerability to motor vehicles, turtles have shown remarkable resilience. Many who receive prompt medical attention can recover from their injuries, and the precious eggs they carry go on to survive. This is a testament to their strength and the hope they bring to grassroots conservation efforts.

We'd expect the saturation of the potential solar market to look a bit like a logistic curve, but only the very initial part of the curve's takeoff is exponential in nature. This means we're still likely very early in the growth of solar as a power generation option.

A standard logistic curve.

The curve goes exponentially to zero as you go left, and asymptotically to 1 as you go right. It has the standard "s" shape of many similar "s-curves".

There is always a place to sit on level 100.

Deep Dungeons are roguelike mid-core (i.e. PUGable) content in FFXIV, where completing all 100 floors is a significant challenge; groups of ten floors can easily take half an hour, and if the party wipes, the run is dead.

The Strait of Hormuz is open for transit

The Frozen Outskirts from Dark Souls 2, affectionately known as "horsefuck valley" by fans. Roundly considered one of the worst locations in all of video games (and certainly in the Souls series), there is zero visibility and you are randomly ambushed by giant quadrupedal monsters which move extraordinarily fast, can one-shot you, and are extremely difficult to dodge even when you do see them.

In the picture, a player character with metal armor trimmed with cloth or fur holds two short swords and stares into the foggy distance, which contains what appears to be a patch of bloodstains left by other players who died, and three shadowy figures which could be the aforementioned enemies.
