Fiona was the sassy queen of our house. So much love to give but it had to be on her terms. Once she picked my sister and me as her people, she became our shadow and was the absolute sweetest girl, just had to respect her boundaries!
it’s a long road ahead and there’s lots to do. don’t forget to drink water, take your meds, check in with your circle, wear a mask, and take things a step at a time. the horrors persist but so do we.

Connecting with a local mask block is a great way to help! Please please please wear a mask (N95 or better if possible, but KN95 is good) when you’re outside! Even if you can’t see the smoke, harmful particles can travel through the air and have serious health impacts! More links below 👇
