It's a little out of date now but this representation of the minerals we mine can be compared to the oil coal and gas used that the use of EVs will help displace, alongside renewable energy use.

What do you think to the argument that EVs massively reduce global mineral demand? Through recycling and destruction of oil demand , despite an increase need for say copper or lithium overall extraction is reduced?
