- No Homework
- What is done in class is what is graded
• 10 problems assigned - student does one - gets it correct gets
100%
- Anything that enters the gradebook needs to be graded by the teacher
• If it goes in the gradebook students cannot grade it off the board, grade each others, or grade from a binder.
• Online tests/assignments are ok as long as the next day is reflective of common mistakes. IE I saw that most of us nued question 10 lets take a look at that.
- 50% rule for assignments and assessments

Close the prompt-injection exfil path the AI gate found in itself
First real push through the gate blocked on its own design: ai_gate()
ran claude -p with Bash + bypassPermissions while the Anthropic API key
sat in the same subshell, reviewing diff content it doesn't control. A
diff carrying injected instructions could have talked the reviewer into
running env/curl and exfiltrating that key.

Fix: capture the diff in the script and hand it to the model as inert
text instead of letting the model fetch it via Bash, and drop
Bash/Agent/Task from the reviewer's toolset entirely in both
git-hooks/pre-push and ai-gate.yml. Read-only tools can't reach a
process env var, so removing execution capability closes the path
regardless of what's sitting in the environment.

Also: drop a dead-always-true glob check in install.sh's node detection
that ponytail-review flagged on the same run.
