Born in cstat. Living in Austin. Born in the late 80s. No kids. Monogamous partner for 9+years. 3 cats. She/her. I have a ged and some college. I’m currently unemployed. I’ve gotten paid to file clerk/data entry and line cook.
Our hydroponics garden is starting to sprout. It’s day 3: Arugula has sprouted above the sticker. Thyme, Large Leaf Sorrel and Thai Basil have a sprig not yet to the sticker.
I made dinner tonight. Roasted veggie salad. Nom nom noms. Something I can eat very often.
Mike got me a vanity chair for my birthday that’s coming up, I love it! 🥰
Kitty toys got washed today and they have a new bin for storage for tidiness and when I need to clean the floors 🥰
I finally used old English on the furniture mikes grandad made in the 40s, and it’s still magic. 😍🥰
It’s our weekend. Went and saw the Odyssey this afternoon, very good! Mike cooked dinner, pork chops with cherry balsamic compote, green beans and couscous. Noms
We’re back from our two night vacay. It was very relaxing. Walked 3 miles through a pecan grove by the river. Ate super yummy food. ❤️
Morph rubbed my phone saying how dare you pick this up and not pet me.
I can’t tell you how much better my black and white rug looks after using this. I could show you but I already vacuumed it away, maybe next time. One of my favorite cleaning supplies we bought for the new place.
Noms. Moroccan style chicken with couscous and zucchini. I prepped the veggies. Mike did the heat work.
I want to attract butterflies and fire flies and froggies. We’ve seen frogs on our walks around the complex, so there is certainly hope.
My favorite part of the new place so far is our coffee and tea station. My favorite coffee is Mexican Altura and my favorite is Jasmine Green. Our drawer has chamomile, oolong, chai, earl grey, pomegranate black, honey lemon ginseng and chocolate rooibos.
My kitchen is looking good. Mike gets home tomorrow. Me and the kitties will be very happy for that.
Got counters to scrub and floors left. Let’s hope this second half goes better. We still in it. I’m cleaning the nerves away.
County did rebuild the road but only available for construction trucks
For reference here are pics from our visit in 2022. This is the west side and the road is completely washed out, can’t get to it anymore.
Mike went to the creek and visited Sargent Beach. Water has risen and shoreline erosion from storms. There’s an 86$ million restoration project in the works.
Babes arrived at the creek. I finished Legend of Fuyao. Heating up a frozen pizza for dinner. 🖖
We’ve had two striped bark scorpions enter the new place since we moved. Like three weeks apart. Safely captured in a glass and taken back outside. Both times Morpheus alerted us to them, hopping around avoiding the stinger. Luckily he hasn’t been stung.
The living room couch blanket from Mike’s side fell to the floor last night, and Atlas chose it over the empty couch seat. 😂🥰❤️😍
We got a new faux fur blanket for the bed and it ended up on the floor overnight, but Morpheus did not care 😂
My grandma and grandad right after being married. They met each other in third grade and they married at 18. My grandma and I on a road trip.
Atlas was howling one night and followed me through the front door for food. And then he started showing up at the back door like this. The third pic is the first time he snuggled me. ❤️❤️❤️
