This morning we are having dandelion green and garlic savory waffles with eggs, a carmelized onion rosemary balamic relish, tomato basil salad, pine nuts, and of course, cheese!
Mascarpone+mango+whipped custard+marbled+freezer= I cannot wait for tomorrow!

These are basically Indian tacos. Biryani chicken, vegetables tikka masala with extra chana dal and simmering sauce used like salsa; on white northern bean and jasmine rice dosas. Topped with steamed basmati! Bonus: ghee and the last of the garlic scapes are in there 😋

My adorable little Araneus diadematus sling guest was a pinhead-sized hatchling when I started my job a few weeks ago. Now she's almost the size of a mung bean!
