Former Husker Kelsey Cook will play with the San Francisco Signal in their inaugural year. Cook will be back on the court next year after giving birth to her daughter this spring.

Raven Colvin played two seasons with Grand Rapids Rise after she was a first-round draft pick. Colvin was limited to the first 11 matches in 2026 after suffering a knee injury in February. She played in 22 sets as a rookie.
Sydney Hilley is headed to LOVB. She played two years with the Omaha Supernovas and was the Playoff MVP in 2024 on the title winning team. She also reached the title game in 2025 with the Indy Ignite.

Elena Oglivie is joining LOVB for 2027. She played with Grand Rapids Rise in MLV for the first part of her pro career before she was traded to the Omaha Supernovas in February.
Manaia Ogbechie, Campbell Flynn and Keoni Williams are spending their holiday weekend in Columbus, Ohio, training with the U21 team. The final roster will be announced next week with the U21 Pan Am Cup starting July 7, also in Columbus.
After two years with the Omaha Supernovas, outside hitter Reagan Cooper is headed to Italy to continue her professional career. The former Kansas Jayhawk has signed with Chieri '76 Volleyball for the 26-27 season.
Raina Terry joins LOVB after two deals with the Columbus Fury. The Illinois grad averaged 3.89 kills and 2.21 digs per set last season with 16 aces.
After playing last season with the Omaha Supernovas, Sarah Parsons is signing with LOVB. She originally signed with LOVB for the 2025 season, but sat out before giving birth to her son last year.
Natalia Valentin-Anderson is signing LOVB after winning MLV titles with Omaha (2024) and Dallas (2006). She would be a good candidate to wear green next season.
After three years with the Omaha Supernovas, Brooke Nuneviller is signing with LOVB. She helped Omaha win a title in 2024 and was the Outside Hitter of the Year in 2025. Her next chapter will likely take her to Texas.
Mimi Colyer is joining LOVB for her second pro season. She was the Outside Hitter of the Year as a rookie in MLV. She helped the Dallas Pulse win the league championship in May.
Sean Smith has been hired as the Director of Volleyball Player Performance and Development for Nebraska volleyball. He previously worked with Dani Busboom Kelly at Louisville from 2018-2023. Smith has also worked for Hintsa Performance and the Arrow McLaren IndyCar team.
Madlen Gloessner has committed to Stanford. The 6-foot-6 MB/OH is the No. 12 overall prospect according to PrepDig and ranked No. 15 by VB Adrenaline. She attends Lakewood HS in Colorado and plays club for NorCo.
The new Minnesota MLV franchise might have landed on a nickname - the Minnesota Forge. The team is owned by the same group that also run the NHL's Minnesota Wild. The MLV team will play in same arena as the PWHL's Minnesota Frost.
Sade Bello has committed to Kansas. The 5-foot-9 outside hitter is the No. 10 overall prospect according to PrepVolleyball. She attends Cy Ranch High School outside Houston and plays club for Houston Juniors.
After spending a season in Puerto Rico, former Nebraska outside hitter Lindsay Krause will play with League One in 2027. She would be a nice addition to LOVB Nebraska, if she's assigned to the team.
Minnesota gets on the board as Bethany Benjamin is the Gophers' first 2028 commitment. The 5-foot-8 libero is the No. 20 overall prospect according to PrepVolleyball and ranked No. 22 by PrepDig. She attends Fideles Christian in the Atlanta metro and plays club for A5.
Janiah Burrage has committed to Penn State. She is ranked as the No. 8 overall prospect by VB Adrenaline and No. 47 by PrepVolleyball. The 6-foot outside hitter attends Rancho Christian in Southern California and plays club for Forza1 Volleyball North.
Amari Frazier has committed to Texas A&M. The 6-foot-3 middle blocker is ranked as the No. 18 overall prospect by PrepDig and No. 33 by PrepVolleyball. She attends Xavier College Prep in Phoenix and plays for Arizona Storm. The Aggies now have three Top 20 commits.
Jensen Kubik has committed to USC. The 5-foot-11 outside hitter is ranked No. 18 overall on PrepVolleyball. She attends Blue Valley West and plays for Dynasty. She’s the youngest Kubik sister and joins Madi (Neb), Hayden (Neb/Tenn) and Peyton (Pitt) in playing DI volleyball.

LOVB Nebraska named Giannis Athanasopoulos as its new head coach to replace Suzie Fritz. He been the national team coach for Czechia and coached professional teams in Hungary, Germany, Czechia and Greece.
Pitt picks up a commitment from Leilani Lamar. The 6-foot-2 outside hitter is ranked as the No. 2 overall prospect by PrepVolleyball and No. 10 by PrepDig and No. 11 by VB Adrenaline. The Alpharetta, Georgia, native plays for A5 Volleyball Club.
Summer Tukua has committed to Auburn. The 6-foot outside hitter is ranked as the 19th-best 2028 prospect by PrepDig. She attends Murrieta Valley in California and plays for WAVE Volleyball Club.
Leighton Froehlich has committed to Rutgers. The 6-foot-2 middle blocker/opposite is the No. 11 ranked prospect in Nebraska according to PrepDig. She attends Gretna and plays club for Premier Nebraska.
