I was on Amazon and I came across The Love Boats, the book that the television show was based on. Does $999.99 sound like a reasonable price? That's without the tax or the 3.99 delivery charge. I can afford it but paying a thousand dollars might cause me to have unfair expectations for the book.
I just watched The Love Boat. This week's episode was Lauren Tewes's final episode, when means the HOW COKED UP IS JULIE scale is now officially retired.
Today would have been Patricia Hitchcock's 98th birthday. "He was flirting with you .... he must have seen my wedding ring," is one of the greatest passive aggressive lines ever.
Sad to say but I don't think my family share my appreciation of the film version of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club.
This week, the Love Boat is docked in Hong Kong but the question remains the same: How Coked Up Is Julie? I would rate this one a 7 out of 10 on the coked up scale.
I'm now watching a second episode of the Love Boat as I wait for my groceries to arrive. The Harlem Globetrotters are on the cruise.
Kelly should have stayed with Jeff. She would have been much happier.
Happy birthday to John Milius. Today should be a national holiday.
If you ever have to deal with someone who won't take responsibility for their own screw-ups, just send them this screenshot of OJ Simpson.
This is what it feels like in the morning when the cats want to be fed.
I had to order a new scanner so, of course, Jolson has decided that the box that it came in is now his personal property.
Now watching The Love Boat. Engelbert Humperdinck is on this cruise so the answer is 11 on a scale of 10.
"You! Monkey! Stop bullying Punch!" Even Klaus Kinski gets it.
He was a cop, and good at his job, but he committed the ultimate sin—and testified against other cops gone bad. Cops that tried to kill him, but got the woman he loved instead. Framed for murder, now Simon prowls the badlands... an outlaw hunting outlaws.... a bounty hunter.... a renegade.
Some cats lie down when they sleep. Simon just buries his head in the comforter.
3. Anniversary (2025) -- This sounds intriguing. (Watching via Prime)
2. Money Plane (2020) -- The greatest film ever made. (Watching on Tubi)
1. Old Boyfriends (1979) -- A psychiatrist tracks down her "old boyfriends." (Watched on Tubi)
Here are the actors and directors that I watched the most in 2025, according to Letterboxd.
